TOL (Laboratory for Design and Optimization) is established within the METU Industrial Engineering Department to synthesize processes and services developed for enhancing computing. In addition to providing guidelines, documentation, and archival services related with the research performed in the department, TOL also provides tutorials and user seminars of various proprietary and open-source software.
